This passage contains the famous principle: you reap what you sow.  How we live our lives and our actions (sowing) will prove to have impacts and consequences (reaping).  If we sow good seeds then we’ll reap a good harvest.  If we sow bad seeds then we may have to deal with the consequences of our actions.
