A few days earlier the crowd had welcomed Jesus into Jerusalem and proclaimed Jesus as come from God.  Yet, on Friday everything had changed.  All hope was lost.  The Disciples had followed Him and were part of His ministry for 3 years and now it was all gone.  Jesus met a couple of His followers on the road to Emmaus and yet they did not recognize Him – until He opened their eyes to see Him.
