God, in His wisdom has designed the body of Christ to function together.  In order to function together effectively, He gave spiritual gifts for all believers to exercise.  Every Christian who is a regular attender or member of Cornerstone is seen as a gift to the church.  You are a gift,  have a gift, and we are better off if you exercise that gift in the body.
