I Am the Way, the Truth, and the Life

No one is immune from having an anxious or distressed or troubled heart.  Jesus’ disciples experienced a troubled heart.  So too did Jesus as He battled the thoughts of His impending suffering and crucifixion.  That Thursday started out great.  Jesus had an upper room prepared to share the Passover meal with His disciples.  It was during this time that Jesus said many intimate things for it was finally just Him and the 12 disciples together.  No crowds.  No Pharisees.  During this time He revealed to His disciples where He would be going and stated clearly that He was the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
